Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof.
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Refund processing time is 5–7 working days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
